LAYAWAY TERMS
You can choose between a 2-payment or 4-payment layaway plan.
2-Payment Layaway (1 month): Pay 50% of the total cost upfront, with the remaining 50% due within the next month or sooner. To start, use the coupon code LAYAWAY at checkout to pay 50% now.
4-Payment Layaway (3 months) for orders ABOVE $250: Pay 25% upfront, with the next 25% due each month over the following three months or sooner. To begin, use the coupon code LAYAWAY4 at checkout to pay 25% now.
Non-Refundable Payments: All layaway payments are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Processing begins once the full payment has been received. The doll will be shipped only after the final payment is made.
SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE domestic USPS Ground shipping within the US.
International shipping: $20, or FREE for orders above $250. For International Shipping we use USPS First Class or FedEx Connect, if possible.
Custom Shipping Options: If you prefer a different shipping method, just let me know after your purchase, and I’ll create a private listing for the additional cost.
Customs and Duties: If you'd like, we can mark your package as a gift with a lower declared value for customs. Simply let us know!
Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, they will ship together once all items are ready.
Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

EXCHANGE POLICY
No Cancellations or Refunds: Since each wig is custom-made specifically for your doll, orders cannot be canceled once payment is made. Refunds are not available, but an exchange for an item of equal value or a gift card may be possible.
Exchanges Only: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds—only exchanges are allowed.

Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are only accepted if there is any problem with the wig.
Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange for a wig, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order.

- We use for our wigs high-quality handmade wefts or hair pieces of natural materials (angora goat, alpaca, or blue-faced ship hair) or heat-resistant fiber.
- All hairstyles are permanently fixed. Flowers are removable.
- The wig has a white color soft cap with an elastic band, that's why you don't need to use a silicone cap.
- Our wigs are versatile; they are suitable for many dolls with similar head sizes.
- Our wigs don't dye the heads of your dolls.
- All wigs are 100% handmade and special for you.
- Each wig is handmade; there may be some differences in the color or the details of the actual products to the photographs. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
How To Care
- Wigs of natural hairs should not be brushed and watered, so the hairstyle isn’t spoiled.
- You can use any styling products (wax, hair spray) to correct and maintain the hair, but it should be done only with your fingers.
- Please do not store black, brown, and red wigs in closed boxes without access to oxygen for a long time from 1 month, they may fade and become lighter.
- Under the right care conditions, the wig will serve you for a long time.

How to choose a color of the wig
- Please choose how many colors for this hairstyle you want: a one-colored wig or a wig of two colors.
- Choose the numbers of the colors from our COLOR HAIR CHART under the picture of the goods.
- Please write these one or two numbers of the colors in the comment to your order.
For example:
- only one color - 38 Honey;
- top - 05 Pale pink, bottom - 06 Cherry;

Shipping/Return/Exchange
SHIPPING:
- FREE shipping worldwide Standard air-mail with tracking-number (delivery time - 2-6 weeks).
- You can choose the EMS shipping as well (delivery time - 5-10 days)
- If you order several items at once, they will be sent when every item is ready for shipping.
- When the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking-number.
RETURN/EXCHANGE:
- Our wigs are customized products, they are made special for your doll, so once your order is confirmed, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
- We accept a return or an exchange only in one case: if there is a problem with the product.
- To return or exchange the products, you should contact us within 5 days after receiving your order.
- If there is a problem with the product, we will take charge of the shipping cost.
Layaway Terms
- We accept a layaway of two payments.
- Then the first payment is 50% of full cost.
- The next payment should be made in 2 months or sooner.
- If you need a layaway, you can use the coupon code "LAYAWAY" and pay 50% for your order.
- To pay the second payment - you should send it via your Paypal and let us know about this payment.
- We will start filling your order after your first payment. If we do not receive the second payment after 2 months, your first payment will be non-refundable.
- Your order will be sent after the layaway is paid.
