How We Create Our Dolls
Every doll we make is entirely handmade, from the initial design to the resin casting. We don’t use factories—each doll is crafted individually in our home studio, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind and tailored specifically for the customer who orders it. Countless hours of detailed handwork, passion, and care go into every creation.
Our dolls are made from premium, extra-durable, non-toxic urethane resin, which has a velvety texture that feels luxurious to the touch. The resin features a matte finish and is opaque, ensuring beautiful, lasting quality.

LAYAWAY TERMS
Layaway Options: You can choose between a 2-payment or 4-payment layaway plan.
2-Payment Layaway (1 month): Pay 50% of the total cost upfront, with the remaining 50% due within the next month or sooner. To start, use the coupon code LAYAWAY at checkout to pay 50% now.
4-Payment Layaway (3 months): Pay 25% upfront, with the next 25% due each month over the following three months or sooner. To begin, use the coupon code LAYAWAY4 at checkout to pay 25% now.
Non-Refundable Payments: All layaway payments are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Processing begins once the full payment has been received. The doll will be shipped only after the final payment is made.

Customs and Duties: If you'd like, we can mark your doll as a gift with a lower declared value for customs. Simply let me know!
Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, they will ship together once all items are ready.

No Cancellations or Refunds: Since each doll is custom-made specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled once payment is made. Refunds are not available, but an exchange for an item of equal value or a gift card may be possible.
Exchanges Only: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds—only exchanges are allowed.
